FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are an out-of-network, private-pay practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
A superbill is an itemized receipt for the services you've paid for. You submit it to your insurance company, and if your plan includes out-of-network benefits, they may reimburse a portion of the cost directly to you. Coverage varies from plan to plan, so we recommend calling your insurer to ask what they reimburse for out-of-network mental health services.

Fees vary by service and appointment length. We're glad to walk through costs with you during your free consultation, and you're always welcome to ask before booking.
-
Both! We see clients in person in the West Los Angeles area and via telehealth throughout California.

You can absolutely see just one! You're welcome to work with a single provider on a single service; there's no expectation to use more than you need. Some clients come to us for comprehensive care, with therapy, occupational therapy, and psychiatry working together, while others just want one service with one provider. Both are equally welcome!

Nope. You don't need a formal diagnosis or a referral from another provider — anyone can contact us directly. And if you're not sure which service fits, that's exactly what our free consultation is for.
-
Reach out through our contact form or give us a call. We'll begin with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through what's going on and figure out the right next step together.

Our team specializes in working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults — including autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD individuals, and those navigating co-occurring conditions.
-
We combine clinical expertise, evidence-based care, and lived experience — because truly understanding neurodivergence takes all three. Our providers don't just collaborate — we genuinely know each other's work. That depth of trust means your care is coordinated rather than scattered.
We offer a unique combination of therapy, occupational therapy, and psychiatry working side by side. Each of us brings a distinct lens, and for clients we share across disciplines, we bring those lenses into conversation with one another — meaning truly comprehensive care from every angle.
We pour real time and attention into every client we work with. We chose to stay small because we believe that's what excellent care actually requires.
