Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network, private-pay practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies from plan to plan, so we recommend calling your insurer to ask what they reimburse for out-of-network mental health services.

How much do appointments cost?

Fees vary by service and appointment length. We're glad to walk through costs with you during your free consultation, and you're always welcome to ask before booking.

Do I have to see all three providers, or can I just see one?

You can absolutely see just one. You're welcome to work with a single provider on a single service; there's no expectation to use more than you need.

Do you offer telehealth, or in-person appointments?

Both. We see clients in person in the West Los Angeles area and via telehealth throughout California.

Our team specializes in working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults, including autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD individuals, and those navigating co-occurring conditions.

Do I need a diagnosis or a referral to reach out?

Nope. You don't need a formal diagnosis or a referral from another provider. Anyone can contact us directly, and if you're not sure which service fits, that's exactly what our free consultation is for.
